RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

1. Return Period
   Return requests may be submitted within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise.
   Items must be returned in their original packaging and in pristine condition, including all accessories, tags, and instruction manuals.
2. Return Process and Return Address
   Please initiate your return request by emailing us at Email： vivian.woo@breezehold.shop, providing your Order Number and the reason for the return.
   We will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the return address:

Please clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of your return package. We recommend using a reliable shipping carrier to return your items and retaining your shipping tracking information in case of loss.

3. Refund Processing Time
   Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to your original payment method within approximately 3 business days.
   The refund amount covers the cost of the merchandise but excludes return shipping fees, which are the responsibility of the customer (exceptions may apply in special circumstances, as determined by our customer service team).
4. Shipping and Delivery Information
   All merchandise on this website is shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Orders are processed on the same day they are confirmed.
   Standard shipping is estimated to arrive within 2 business days.
   Full end-to-end tracking is provided by our shipping carriers (UPS / FedEx / USPS).
5. Special Notice
